The fast Bowler Muhammad Amir and the PSL performer Imad Wasim, both took their retirement back in the past few days. They both claimed that Pakistan comes first and they had very productive discussions with the PCB.
Muhammad Amir retired from international cricket after the Cricket World Cup in 2019 and Imad Wasim retired at the last of 2023 to play League cricket.
Pakistani Cricket Team Training Camp in Abbottabad
Mohammad Amir, the fast bowler, and Imad Wasim, an all-rounder, will join a group of 29 players for a special training camp. This camp is happening in Abbottabad at Kakul and is organized with the help of the Pakistan Army.
The Pakistan Cricket Board says the camp starts on March 26 (Tuesday) and goes on until April 8. The main goals of this camp are to build a strong team spirit and make sure the players are physically and mentally ready for upcoming cricket challenges.
Experts in fitness and cricket coaching will be there to help the players improve their fitness, speed, leadership skills, and game strategies.
This news comes right after the board shared details about the new national team selection group, which has seven members, including famous former players like Mohammad Yousuf and Wahab Riaz.

The players who will be at this camp include big names like Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, along with others like Saim Ayub, Fakhar Zaman, and many more. A total of 29 players will take part in this intensive training session to get ready for future cricket matches.
